What do we mean by \u201csexual health\u201d?<\/h2>\n

The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines sexual health as a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality. It does not only concern sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or diseases (STDs), but also refers to positive and respectful experiences in relation to sexuality and sexual relationships.<\/p>\n

To do this, it is important to recognise and understand your counterpart. Because what suits one person does not necessarily apply to the next. Promoting sexual health helps to improve people's well-being and quality of life.<\/p>\n
