General terms of delivery

order

One order form must be completed and signed per person, stating all customer information (company stamp and signature of a responsible person). Please send the completed order form to office@johann-strauss-apotheke.at or fax it to +43 1 5052 164 14. All goods from the pharmacy can be ordered with the exception of prescription and foreign goods (dispensed in household quantities).

Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by debit or credit card if you collect your order from the Johann Strauss Pharmacy. On delivery, payment can be made in cash, by debit or credit card or on account. The invoice will be enclosed with the delivery. The amount is to be transferred promptly without discount to the specified account upon receipt of the delivery.

Delivery charge

We deliver free of charge within Vienna from a minimum order value of € 49.

For the delivery, an authorised person must be defined on the form who may accept the delivery. No liability is accepted from the time the delivery is handed over. If you order by 12 noon, you will receive the delivery by 6 p.m. on the same day. For orders placed after 12 noon, you will receive the delivery by 12 noon the following day at the latest.

Availability of medication

If medicines are not available or not in stock at the time of ordering, you will be informed in order to find an alternative solution.

Ask for our company discount (excluding prescription charges).

Once a year, you will receive a free check of your company's first aid kits and a free refill (excluding consumables).

Cancellation conditions

Changes or cancellations of orders must be notified by 12 noon on the same day or by 6 p.m. for delivery on the next working day (Mon - Sat). The exchange of medicines is prohibited under the Medicines Act. Changes or cancellations not notified in good time cannot be considered.
