World Aids Day on 1 December 2025
World AIDS Day was established more than 30 years ago. It reaffirms the rights of HIV-positive people worldwide. Without marginalisation and without prejudice, people are called upon to live together. It is also a day to remember those who have died as a result of HIV and AIDS.
This year too, the Aids Help Vienna The flagging of Vienna's trams draws attention to the stigmatisation of HIV-positive people. Together with the Vienna Lines we want to create more awareness and knowledge and contribute to ending the stigma of HIV and the resulting discrimination.
For this reason, together with many other supporters, we have decided to set an example against the stigma of HIV and the resulting discrimination by becoming a tram sponsor. The Tram line 71 will be travelling for us from 23 November to 7 December 2025 to mark World Aids Day.

Red Ribbon
The Red Ribbon is the globally recognised symbol of awareness, solidarity and support for people living with HIV. It stands for cohesion, understanding and the fight against discrimination and stigmatisation, which unfortunately still go hand in hand with this disease. Especially around World Aids Day, wearing a Red Ribbon is a powerful way to raise awareness, start conversations and increase public awareness of HIV and Aids.
In our pharmacy you can obtain a Red Ribbon free of charge. Take the opportunity to pass the symbol on to colleagues, friends and relatives or wear it visibly yourself. In this way, you can join us in setting an example of respect, compassion and support for all those affected. Help to break down prejudices and promote solidarity within society. The Red Ribbons are available while stocks last - we look forward to your participation in this important campaign!
