The Johann Strauss Pharmacy in 1040 Wieden, which has been located in the street of the same name near Alois Drasche Park for over 100 years, is a reliable partner for the health of the neighbourhood.

I'm rarely speechless – but this pharmacy managed it.
I had severe neck pain (I was really suffering) and just wanted to get a heat patch. When pharmacist Stefi realised I lived alone and could only apply the patch the next day at work with the help of a colleague, she didn't hesitate: she asked me to come with her right away, applied cream and expertly stuck the patch on for me. You rarely experience such spontaneous helpfulness, humanity and compassion. I was really amazed, you don't expect something like that.
The entire team is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I've been given competent advice with a great deal of patience so many times, and each time I've received valuable recommendations that have genuinely helped me – no quick, standard solutions, but rather well-thought-out tips.
You can tell immediately: this isn't a „sales team“ working here, but a team with heart and expertise.
If I have a health concern, I only go there. Absolute trust.

The boss is extremely competent, hard-working and always has an open ear for my concerns. I suffer from a very severe form of dry eye and I can ask him for advice at any time. He really thinks about things, does his research and tries to help where most doctors are at their wit's end, and it's great that there are people as committed as Mr Wendl in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the big city.
